What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

If a visitor decides to register to Satoshi’s Angels’ newsletter, this website will store in our systems his/her e-mail address. It will also save analytics regarding the number of clicks on the links inserted into the e-mails and the opening rate of the sent e-mails.

This data will be saved in the database so that it is possible to provide visitors the newsletter service, that offers news and updates about crypto communities on a weekly basis. This data is fundamental to provide the service and to offer also personalized e-mails, if required. The analytics are important for me to track the success of the various e-mail that we sent, so that we can detect what are the most interesting topics for the subscribers. The newsletter is an optional service of Satoshi’s Angels, and every user can enjoy the website even without it, so even without leaving me this personal data.

The newsletter is managed through Squarespace, which come with SSL certificates and has built-in security to fight off malware or unwanted bugs, and DDoS Protection helps protect our site from malicious traffic.

Before being handled directly by us, your data can pass through the tools that I use to manage this website, that is Squaurespace (their privacy policy’s details ).

We may also share your data with our collaborators that help me in managing the website. In case of technical failures, where we need the assistance of a third party, we could have the necessity to share your data with it to let it help us in solving the issue.

Some aggregate data regarding the analytics of the website may be shared with third parties or shared on social media, but these data will be completely de-identified.
